Welcome to the blog for the "Thistle be Scotland 2015" tour.

This year our tour is heading to Scotland to play some of the greatest links courses, and some of the most exclusive venues.  We also take in the Open Championship at the Home of Golf, St. Andrews.

Here is our travel itinerary.

TUESDAY 14 JULY 2015: Arrive in Scotland, and make our way to Gullane, where we will stay at the The Renaissance Club The tour officially starts at 6.00pm with our welcome function.

WEDNESDAY 15 JULY 2015: Golf at Archerfield

THURSDAY 16 JULY 2015: Golf at North Berwick

FRIDAY 17 JULY 2015: Watch Round 2 of the Open Championship, at the home of golf, The Old Course St Andrews.

SATURDAY 18 JULY 2015: Play an interclub match at The Renaissance Club, then move hotels and stay at The Marine Hotel North Berwick

SUNDAY 19 JULY 2015: Watch Round 4 of the Open Championship, at the home of golf, The Old Course St Andrews.

MONDAY 20 JULY 2015:  Play golf at Gullane. One week after hosting the Scottish Open. Move to Ayr and stay at the The Turnberry Resort

TUESDAY 21 JULY 2015: Play golf at Turnberry.

WEDNESDAY 22 JULY 2015: Play golf at Prestwick.

THURSDAY 23 JULY 2015: Travel to Loch Lomond, and stay on site at Rossdhu House.

FRIDAY 24 JULY 2015: Play Loch Lomond

SATURDAY 25 JULY 2015: Travel to Auchterarder, and stay at the Gleneagles Resort

SUNDAY 26 JULY 2015:  Play an interclub match on the Queens Course, Gleneagles

MONDAY 27 JULY 2015: Play golf on the Kings Course, Gleneagles

TUESDAY 28 JULY 2015: Play golf on the PGA Centenary (Ryder Cup) Course, Gleneagles. Final Dinner.

WEDNESDAY 29 JULY 2015: Participants Depart.
